My research activities range from writing project proposals and project design to project management and execution of ongoing research.

I can translate your question into a research design, carry out a research project independently or as a team player, draw up a clear report, possibly supplemented by recommendations. This can lead to various forms of publications.

My expertise lies in qualitative and participatory action research. I have done research on many topics, such as women's rights in the Netherlands and abroad, gender and development in Dutch academia, interculturalization of care, gender specific health (care), acceptance of homosexuality in the Netherlands and violence against teenage girls in South Africa.

I use various qualitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews, group discussions and participatory video workshops.
